Quotes with margin built in
Start from supplier cost, add decoration and setup, apply your margin and send. Quantity breaks and size runs are handled for you, and the customer only ever sees the customer price.

From the first quote to the last invoice, with the decoration, the artwork and the customer conversation attached to the job instead of spread across six email threads.
Start from supplier cost, add decoration and setup, apply your margin and send. Quantity breaks and size runs are handled for you, and the customer only ever sees the customer price.
Place the artwork on the product, send a proof link, and collect the approval in writing. The approved proof becomes the production record for the job.
Turn an approved quote into an invoice PDF and a pay link in one click. Customers pay by card through Stripe and the invoice marks itself paid.
S&S Activewear, SanMar and PCNA are in the quote screen with current pricing and inventory. Pick the style and color; nothing is re-keyed from a PDF.
Send screen print, embroidery and other decoration jobs to Stratton's production team straight from the project. Decoration pricing is already in every quote, so there is nothing to look up.
Your customers design on your own site: upload a logo, pick products and placements, see a price and send it to you as a quote. Background removal is built in.
Try it on design.strattonmerch.comA storefront on your domain, curated from the supplier catalogs, with checkout through your own Stripe account. Orders land in the same place as everything else.
See ours at strattonmerch.comStaff seats with two-factor sign-in, and your business name on every screen, email and PDF. Everything autosaves, so there are no Save buttons to forget.
A second read of every quote before it goes out, a brand look-up when a new customer comes in, and automatic artwork clean-up. Included, with a monthly allowance per person.
Stratton Merch's own store and self-serve designer run on this software. Open either one, add a hoodie to the cart, put a logo on it. What you see is what your customers get, under your name.

Stratton Merch is a workspace on Stratton Distribution like any other. The store, the designer, the quote it sends you and the pay link at the end all run on the same code your workspace gets.
We build your store and designer to match your brand: your logo, your colors and your fonts, on your own domain. We do it all during onboarding. It's included in the seat price.
There is nothing to install. Your workspace runs in the browser and your team signs in with an email and a two-factor code.
Tell us your business name and email. We get in touch to set up your workspace with you. Thirty days, full access, no card.
Add your Stripe account for payments and your supplier logins for live pricing. We put your logo on every proof and invoice, and set up your store and designer in your brand, on your domain.
Pick a product from the catalog, add decoration, apply margin and send. The proof, the invoice and the pay link follow from the same screen.
We built this because nothing else fit the way a merch business actually works. Stratton Merch quotes, proofs, invoices and ships on it every day, so the workflows are the ones a distributor has, not the ones a software company imagined.
A seat is a staff email that can sign in to your workspace. Customers using your designer, your store and your proof and pay links are never seats.
Billed monthly by card. Add or remove seats whenever your team changes.
Not charged for: modules, support, customers, or proof and pay links.
The only thing we charge for beyond seats is a custom-built website, and that's a project we scope with you on a call.
A full website we design and build around your brand, with your product store built in. Not part of the seat price.
You add a card and keep going. If you do not, your workspace becomes read-only: you can still open everything, and nothing is deleted. Add a card later and it picks up where it left off.
Only your team. Supplier cost, decoration cost and margin are calculated on the server and never sent to a customer's browser, a proof or an invoice. Customers see customer prices.
Stratton. Decoration jobs you send from a project go to Stratton's production team, and the decoration pricing you quote from is Stratton's published price list, so what you quote is what you pay.
No. Your quotes, proofs and invoices carry your business name, and we set up your store and designer in your brand during onboarding. Your staff sign in to Stratton Distribution, and Stratton appears to them as your decoration supplier.
Yours. You connect your own Stripe account and your customers pay you directly. Stratton Distribution never holds your money.
Yes, and we set it up for you. During onboarding we connect design.yourcompany.com and shop.yourcompany.com and match both to your logo, colors and fonts, so there is nothing for you to configure. Until your domain is connected they run on a yourcompany.strattondistribution.com address.
The standard store and designer are included, and we set them up for you in your brand. A fully custom website, designed and built around your brand with the store inside it, is a separate project with its own price. Leave your work email and we'll get in touch to scope it.
No. Billing is month to month and you can stop at any time. When you leave, your data is deleted 30 days later.
Yes. Customers, projects, quotes, invoices, artwork and order history belong to you.
Thirty days, every module, no card. If it does not fit the way you work, stop at any time.
